A new custody lawsuit has revealed that Evelyn Lozada's baby daddy has a 5-month old daughter and a 9-year-old son.  Get lawsuit deets inside and do the math regarding a possible "overlap."

A few weeks ago, we revealed that Evelyn Lozada is 6-months pregnant by LA Dodgers star Carl Crawford, whom she quietly dated for a year. Now, a new lawsuit reveals that Carl has both a 9-year-old son and a 5-month-old daughter with Amy Freeman in Arizona!  Yep, the same state of Arizona where Evelyn has randomly moved to.  Is this where Carl stashes his chicks or something?

If you do the math, it may appear that Carl MIGHT have been double dipping with both Evelyn and Amy at the same time.  Or just knocked them up within a very close time period.  While that question lingers, the issue at hand is Carl taking Amy to court to block her from relocating their family to LA. 

If you're wondering why Carl wants to prevent Amy from moving closer to him, some speculate that California's more favorable child support laws would produce a substantial increase for Amy.  By the way...Carl's contract with the Dodgers is for $142M.

Actor Damon Wayans Jr. has spoken out about Dwyane Wade and his baby momma having a son together.  Find out what he said inside...

Since news of Dwyane Wade's lovechild with Aja Metoyer broke last week, folks have been paying close attention to Dwyane and Gabrielle Union's relationship (SIDEBAR:  they're doing fine and even celebrated NYE together).  Outside of the triangle that produced Dwyane's son, Xavier Zechariah Wade, there's a fourth person in this situation...Aja's OTHER baby daddy, "New Girl" star Damon Wayans Jr. 

We told you earlier that 30-year-old Aja was the mother of two....and those other children were with Damon.  When TMZ caught up with him and asked about the Dwyane situation, the actor explained that he and Aja lead separate lives and he just wants what's best for HIS daughters.

"I really have nothing to do with Aja's situation. We both live completely separate lives, aside from co-parenting. My concern are my daughters and that they don't get hurt in any of this."  He added, "love their little brother and that's all I care about."

 

There doesn't appear to be any baby momma drama here.....so far.   We hope it remains that way.

Michael Ealy has a baby y'all!  This guy must be competing with Kerry Washington on who can keep their personal lives more private it seems.  Deets inside about the About Last Night star's big reveal today...

Not only did sexy actor Michael Ealy pull a sneak attack when he married now wife Khatira Rafiqzada in total secrecy, but now they had a baby without anyone knowing as well.

Michael hit up the Steve Harvey Show today to promote About Last Night with co-star Regina Hall.  And when the convo turned to Michael's personal life (which he HATES talking about), everyone got served a nugget of unexpected info.

According to Madame Noir, after Steve asked Michael how married life is treating him one year in, Mike revealed all that he's learned so far about marriage.  And when Steve asked if kids were on the way....Michael dropped the bomb. 

"We have a son."

Oh?!  Who knew? 

Apparently Regina, because she chimed in saying, "He's a beautiful little boy."

Michael said, “I never understand why people announce the birth of their children.”

No explanation on if the baby was born before or after marriage...or any other details.  But Michael as a daddy seems like a super cute image in our heads.

And in Who's The Daddy news of the day, Lil Kim's on-again/off-again boyfriend is laying claim to her baby.  Radio host Rickey Smiley called up Mr. Papers to ask him what he knows about Kim's pregnancy.  And he confirmed....No Maury.

"Yeah that’s my baby.  No Maury (Povich) needed."

This statement is so hood-tastically funny to us.  And not even sure why...

When asked if they were currently split (since Kin has tweeted about them being on and off so many times), he said:

"No we are together.  That’s my wife. He (the baby) gonna be a Gemini."

And no, we don't think he means "wife" in legal terms.

Anywho, Kim has still yet to formally confirm her pregnancy--outside of holding her belly in pics at The Blondes NYFW show the other night.

There are good reason Stevie Wonder isn't proudly announcing the expected arrival of triplets with Tameeka Robyn Bracy....sources say he's STILL married to estranged wife Kai Milla! But do WE believe it?

A few days ago, we shared with you the unconfirmed "good" news that music icon Stevie Wonder was engaged and expecting triplets with his alleged fiancee Tameeka Robyn Bracy.  But we couldn't figure out why Tameeka wasn't waving her "Ribbon In The Sky" for all to see.  

Then we brought you a picture of a woman (identified as Tameeka) with a young child in a stroller - who had ALSO been identified as Stevie Wonder's child.  Say what now? 

How did a baby and a fiancee slip under the radar in this day an age?  We might have an answer.  Team WONDER is working hard to protect the singer's image...which MIGHT be slightly messy.  The word on the street is that Stevie is STILL legally married to his estranged wife, designer Kai Milla.

Recently, we reached out to Kai's publicist, and although Kai declined comment to TheYBF.com, a source close to Kai (identified as a family friend) revealed that Stevie and Kai are still married.  Mind you, we were made aware of the "marriage" through a source provided by Kai's publicist.  Yes...it's messy.  But we'll take it. 

Kai may not speak up for herself....but her unidentified family friends are talking!  It's their business, but you have to give Tameeka the Iyanla Vanzant"side-eye" for getting engaged to a married man AND getting pregnant by him multiple times...allegedly.  #fixyourlife

Meet Koi Knowles. The 4-year-old daughter that DNA proved to be Mathew Knowles’ last month. Her mother, TaQoya Branscomb, is speaking out in her first televised interview on “Inside Edition”. And Koi is making her television debut. Sound familiar? Find out what she’s dishing on inside…

Following in the steps of his son’s mother (Alexsandra Wright), Mathew Knowles’ newest baby mama TaQoya Branscomb is now speaking out in her first televised interview since it was confirmed Papa Knowles was 99.998% the father.

The former lingerie model-turned realtor sat down with “Inside Edition” to introduce adorable 4-year-old Koi Knowles to the masses, showing off pictures of Beyonce's half-sister, and she came armed with receipts.
 

In the interview, the Texas mother revealed she was utterly shocked and surprised when she found out she was pregnant because Mathew allegedly assured her he could no longer have children. Oh...

She spilled,

“He'd had a vasectomy. Or at least that was what I was told.”
 

Girl...

Now, she’s battling it out with the 63-year-old former manager in court for child support for her daughter (after suing Mathew before it was proved he was the father). As she talked about the results of the DNA test, TaQoya pulled out her receipts for proof and said,

“You can't deny it once DNA tests come out 99.9% that you are the father.”

TaQoya also revealed her daughter Koi loves to sing and dance (hmm..mini Bey in the making?) and she hopes that one day her daughter will meet her big sis Beyonce. She said,

“They are half sisters and maybe one day down the line that can be made possible,' she said, hopefully.”

Good luck with that. Especially since Alexsandra Wright revealed Beyonce has never met her son Nixon (yet). It’s interesting to note, TaQoya said she wanted her daughter to meet Bey, but said nothing about meeting her other big sister Solange and brother Nixon.

In the case of 7-month-old Olivia, Paul George you ARE the father! Get the deets inside….

Remember when a woman accused NBA superstar Paul George of offering her $1million to have an abortion (which he denied)? Well…she didn’t. And 7-month-old baby girl Olivia was born in May of this year. Now the paternity results are in…and Paul George is the father!

PageSix has learned Indiana Pacers star Paul George (who rakes in about $18 million a year) and former Tootsie’s Cabaret stripper Daniela Rajic have come to an amicable “joint parenting agreement” and child-support settlement over baby Olivia. And it appears the two are happy with their final solution.

The NBA star (who’s currently injured) and Daniela released a joint statement which reads:

“We are both very grateful for the opportunity to be joint parents to our beautiful daughter Olivia. While we have our separate lives, we are committed to providing her with all the support, nurturing and love she deserves.”

Since coming to the agreement, Daniela will be moving from Queens (where she lived with family) to a new home with her baby girl in New York.  The move will allow Paul to make regular visits. And since he’s currently not playing (after breaking his leg in August at a Team USA exhibition game), he will have even more time to spend with his precious bundle of joy.
 

Paul, who signed a $90 million contract with the Pacers last year, posted a picture (atop) of him kissing his baby girl with the caption, “In love and blessed!!! My baby girl!” Aww...too cute!

His attorney, Harriet Newman Cohen, also released a statement concerning the paternity results, which said:

“They have reached a settlement with full joint custody and a financial package. They will be raising their daughter together. Paul George had always intended to do the right thing, and he is thrilled to have a daughter. The settlement is generous, the child is going to have a wonderful life, and both parents will be equally involved in bringing her up.”
 

Well good for them! We can't help but wonder what L.A. Clippers head coach Doc Rivers' daughter Callie Rivers (whom he was allegedly dating) has to say about this...

The mother of 4-year-old Leah Still, who’s battling pediatric cancer, is speaking out. And she’s saying her father, Cincinnati Bengals baller Devon Still, owes child support for their cancer-stricken daughter. Also, Floyd Mayweather is justifying blasting his ex-fiancee Miss Jackson for aborting their twins. And his reason is...interesting. Get the deets inside….

We first learned about 4-year-old Leah Still and her battle with neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer, after her father Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still was cut from the team. A few days later, the NFL resigned him to the practice squad so he could continue to pay for her medical bills.

But apparently, he owes Leah’s mother, Channing Smythe, money for back child support for the past four months. According to her, Devon got upset after he asked to have Leah moved to Cincinnati from Delaware so he could be closer to him, but she refused. So, she says that’s the reason he stopped giving her money.

She told the Daily News,

“I don’t consider him a deadbeat dad. I know he loves and cares for his daughter and he is there for her. I just need him to help me financially.”

Leah was diagnosed in June of this year. Channing claims she has not received financial help from Devin since July and has had to turn to public assistance to help make ends meet.
 

Channing called up famed attorney Gloria Alfred to represent her. Gloria issued a letter to the NFL asking the league to investigate if Devon is in violation of its Personal Conduct Policy by failing to pay support for his daughter. In a declaration accompanying the letter addressed to NFL Vice President Jeffrey Pash, Channing writes,

“I don’t think it is fair that Devon Still, who is Leah’s father, has refused to pay any child support for her for the months of August, September, October and November of this year. “

Also in the declaration, she reveals she’s unable to work because caring for Leah requires full-time attention and that is the reason she needs the extra assistance from Devon. She claims she was almost to the point of homelessness and had to move in with a friend to keep from being out on the street.

The thing is….there’s no court order requiring Devon to pay since the two had agreed on an unofficial financial arrangement.

"I don’t feel that it was right for me to move her. [Delaware] is where all her friends and family are and this is where we have been building our life. He was very upset about that and that’s when he stopped giving me money."

Now…Channing has started the court ordered child support process, but they have yet to reach an agreement.

Rather than bash his child’s mother in the media, Devon issued a mature response to her claims, where he said,

"I am not going to retaliate against the mother of my daughter ... I am going to continue to allow the court system to handle this matter, as it has been doing these past couple of months."
 

Devon and Channing called in quits in April 2010 and he now engaged to another woman named Asha.

We’re sure you remember the shocking revelation made by Floyd Mayweather that his ex-fiancéeShantel Jackson ("Miss Jackson") abortedtwins they were expecting, posting a picture of the ultrasound on social media. Now, he’s speaking out and he’s justifying his actions.

According to the boxing champ, he was justified in blasting Miss Jackson (who is currently dating Nelly) on social media because they’re both public figures and they aren’t really entitled to privacy. Oh?

Miss Jackson filed a lawsuit (backed by attorney Gloria Alfred) suing Floyd for assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and more. Floyd is fighting back in hopes to have the case dismissed and he's specifically gunning after the invasion of privacy claim. In legal documents, Floyd says he was entitled to post about their personal lives because they live their lives in the public eye. He said,

“Both parties are public figures. Abortion is a public issue. A public figure involved with another public figure in a public relationship can expect publicity, not privacy, about why it ends.”

Tyga and Kylie Jenner have been spotted together….again. This time they’re in Las Vegas….but guess who else is there? His baby mama Blac Chyna! And get this….chick posted up a pic of her boobs on Instagram sending Happy New Year wishes to her former lover. Hmm…is she trolling? More inside….

Lately, 25-year-old Tyga and 17-year-old Kylie Jenner have been spending much of their free time together. So it comes to no surprise the two are now together in Las Vegas.A fan spotted the two "hanging out" together in what appears to be a mall food court. 

But guess who else is in Las Vegas? Tyga’s baby mother Blac Chyna. Chick is in town for club appearance at Ace of Diamonds strip club tonight (we hear Amber Rose is there as well). And she wants everyone to know she’s in town, including her son’s father. Chyna snapped a pic of her cleavage and posted it up on Instagram (which she soon deleted) with the caption:

Is Wiz Khalifa sending subliminal shots alluding his estranged wife Amber Rose is keeping Baby Bash away from him? Decide for yourself inside….

We were shocked to learn that Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose decided to call it quits after just one year of being married. And once Amber officially filed for divorce, we were even more shocked to learn that she was requesting $1 million in spousal support (which was NOT in the original pre-nup) AND she petitioned for FULL custody of their son Sebastian “Bash” Thomaz.

Wiz agreed to cough up the $1 million, but he was NOT willing to give Amber full custody of their baby boy. He filed his response to her divorce petition asking for joint custody of Baby Bash. That's fair, right?

As they continue to work out their issues on paper, it seems they’re now having co-parenting problems. After reading Wiz’s latest tweets, it appears Amber could possibly be keeping Baby Bash away from him. And he's not happy about it.

The “Young, Wild & Free” rapper posted up a series of tweets where he bashes women who use their children to spite the father calling them "foul creatures". We're not exactly sure what went down, but he eventually got to see Bash.

Dr. Dre dropped a bomb on the Hip Hop world announcing the release of his final album this weekend. But get this, it ISN’T the long awaited DETOX album!

The Hip Hop mogul’s new album titled Compton: A Soundtrack by Dr. Dre will drop in less than a week, making its arrival on Friday, August 7th (get your coins ready), marking his first album in 14 years.

So what happened to DETOX? Dre tells his Beats 1 radio show, "The Pharmacy,"

“This is something you’re not gonna hear many artists say. The reason why Detox didn’t come out is because I didn’t like it. It wasn’t good. The record, it just wasn’t good. I’ma keep it all the way 1000 with you. Seriously, I worked my a** off. I don’t think I did a good enough job, and I couldn’t do that to my fans, and I couldn’t do that to myself, to be perfectly honest with you. I just wasn’t feeling it.”

The Beats by Dre co-founder also explained how his new LP came about, dishing that he was inspired to do the album while working on the blockbuster motion picture Straight Outta Compton. He said,

“I decided during principal photography [for Straight Outta Compton] that I was leaving the set, coming to the studio, and I felt myself just so inspired by the movie that I started recording an album,” he said. “I started recording a soundtrack. I kept it under wraps, and now the album is finished.”

Ne-Yo is looking to receive the Baby Daddy of the Year Award. According to new reports, the “Money Can’t Buy” singer, who’s currently dating Crystal Renay, has added his ex-fiancee and mother of his two children Monyetta Shaw’s name to the deed of his $1 million Atlanta high-rise condo.

His reason? The Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter wants to be sure his daughter and son, Madilyn and Mason, are well taken care of and live a comfortable life. How sweet.

We hear it’s 3,001 square feet of gorgeousness, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full gym, swimming pool and plenty of other amenities to keep them happy.

Well good for him. We’re sure Monyetta is one happy camper.

Here's a new one....we've got a professional athlete HOPING he's the father of an unborn baby. In fact, he's requesting the paternity test! More inside....

Cleveland Cavaliers star Kyrie Irving has a lot on his mind these days.  While we can't get inside his head per se, we've created some questions we're sure he's asked himself in the past couple of weeks. 

1.  Is my ex-girlfriend having my baby? 

2.  Is she gonna hit me for child support? 

3.  Is there anyway I can position myself legally so that I won't look like a deadbeat athlete?

If you're wondering why he'd ask these questions...we'll explain.  Kyrie was once involved romantically with Andrea Wilson, a former Miss Texas (2010).  But they broke up. 

Now, get this....she's pregnant!  And she's been documenting her pregnancy on Instagram.

He's now filed legal documents (according to TMZ Sports) to prove he's the father.  Now....that's a first.  A professional baller hoping he's the Daddy!  We're sure there are legal/financial reasons for this....but it's still admirable to watch a man willingly step up to the plate.  Unless he has an inkling he's not the father and he believes she's about to come at him for child support.  There's always that possibility...

So here's what he wants to happen: When the baby is born (Andrea is allegedly due in December) he wants a paternity test to prove he IS the father.  IF he is the daddy, he'll cover everything the child needs -- including medical care. All he asks is that she raise the baby right there in Texas.

Why Texas?

Well.....Texas has a history of being stingy with child support so he'll have more coins to trick off elsewhere if she and the baby become residents. Hmph.

Some Thanksgiving drama has been brewing on social media and in the courts. Find out about Deion Sanders’ big win against his ex-wife Pilar Sanders and how Christina Milian was putting her hurt feelings on display via Twitter inside…

Remember when we told you that former NFL superstar Deion Sanders had filed a defamation suit against his ex-wife Pilar Sanders around this time last year (that alsolanded her in JAIL)? Well, the verdict is in and Deion came out victorious.

The NFL network analyst and Pro Football Hall of Famer filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife after she accused him of multiple crimes, including child abuse, spousal abuse, assault, AND attempted murder. Chick was bashing Deion on all her social media accounts. At the time, he was seeking $200,000 to $1 million in damages, but it appears he got way more than he initially asked for.

According to TMZ, Deion’s attorney confirmed the former NFLer was awarded $2.2 million in the judgment against Pilar, but he won’t actually receive that amount. The money he won offsets any money he would have paid in their divorce settlement, so he owes not one dime. Bloop!

In fact, she will still owe him 7 figures. Sheesh! But, Pilar isn’t going down without a fight…of course. She and her attorney plan to appeal.

We all know Christina Milan and Lil Wayne"broke up." Christina never missed a chance to talk about it. But, it appears chick may not be over the Young Money honcho entirely.

Yesterday, flicks of Wayne’s longtime girlfriend Dhea (did they ever actually break up?) popped up on social media of her hanging out with Weezy’s family for Thanksgiving (above). Apparently, that set C-Milli off.

The “Grandfathered” star hopped on Twitter to air out her frustrations about “someone” who keeps calling her and asking her to come see them. She claims she’s living the single life now and is completely over the situation. But umm…when you’re still voluntarily talking about it publicly, it’s obvious you’re not. Anywho, she tweeted:

Then a fan popped off on C-Milli calling her the "side chick." Bloop! The reality star responded, but it didn't make much sense. She said:

Hmph. Well, since she's over it, let's see if she'll finally stop talking about "it."

Over the weekend, former “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star Masika Kalysha revealed she’s six months pregnant! Yep, chick will be welcoming a new bundle of joy in just a few months. Sounds like this would be one of the happier times in her life, but it’s obvious she ALREADY has baby daddy drama. Allegedly.

FYI -- That's Fetty above on crutches (after he was hit by a car on his motorcycle) heading inside Jingle Ball.

Masika took to Instagram to make her pregnancy announcement showing off her growing belly in a sexy bra and panties set, with a sweet caption AND she tagged the Paterson native rapper. She wrote:

Further confirming Fetty IS the father, she stopped by Power 106 in L.A. to dish on pregnancy and to show off her bump. Oh..and to reveal who the baby's daddy is. She said:

Photogs caught up with Masika right after she left Power 106 to probe her more about the pregnancy. She said when she told Fetty she was pregnant his reaction was very calm. When asked about marriage, she didn’t rule it out in the future. Then she said, “It just depends on this ring.” Oh? Ok. Sighs….

Chick seems super confident, but unfortunately for her, her alleged sperm donor is saying the total opposite. According to TMZ, Fetty told them she was nothing more than a jumpoff…an industry groupie of sorts and that he needs a DNA test to PROVE he’s the father. He doesn’t deny they hooked up, but he said he won’t believe he’s the father until he has proof.

Fetty's rep spoke to E! News saying Fetty would need a paternity test to prove he’s the father because she’s known as being an industry jumpoff.

"Masika is pregnant, allegedly by Fetty Wap," the rapper's rep tells E! News. "I didn't see Fetty or a paternity test confirm this allegation. Masika is known for being an industry jump-off, and her lil announcement was very calculated."

Yikes!  Well, he's not denying sleeping with her, only denying he's the father.

Well, Masika is all about the positive vibes and appears to be doing this mommy thing solo. She posted:

The facts are shaky at best, but this messy AF situation isn't at all completely unbelievable.  Decide if we believe reports about Nick Young cheating and knocking up his baby's mother (again) inside...

Lakers baller Nick Young and rapper Iggy Azaleacalled off their engagement earlier this month.  Iggy said then she realized she's unable to trust him like she thought she could after the whole D'Angelo Russell caught-on-video-admitting-I-cheated drama.

Now, Life & Style claims to have more tea to explain what Iggy was talking about.  And THEY say...Nick cheated again.  With his baby's mother.  And she's pregnant!  Allegedly...

The mag says they approached Keonna Green (pictured above switching off the twosome's 4-year-old son), who is allegedly sporting an obvious baby bump.  They asked her if she and Nick "had an accident," and she allegedly said yes:

When Life & Style approached a clearly expectant Keonna on June 21 and asked if the pregnancy was an accident for her and Nick, she replied “yes,” then immediately said, “No comment.”

Then the mag alleges an insider gave them more tea:

“Nick waited until Keonna was four months pregnant to tell Iggy the news,” an insider reveals, adding that he told her “he was drunk and had a lapse in judgment.”

“He said it was a one-night stand and will never happen again,” the insider explains. "But it’s too late. He is having another son!”

And then there's this claim that this new baby is the REAL reason Iggy left :

The duo already has a four-year-old son, Nick Jr., together. “Iggy was supportive of Nick’s friendship with Keonna,” the insider says. “He took advantage of Iggy’s trust.”

“Iggy seemed to blow everything off,” the insider continues. Until Keonna’s pregnancy, that is. “This is something she can’t ignore, and it ruined their future together.”

Nick hasn't commented on social media (neither has Iggy), but was spotted (above) at Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks, California today looking unbothered.

Dwight Howard's been popping out babies far more than we thought, apparently.  See the secret baby we didn't know he had, until now, inside...

Well what do we have here?  NBA baller Dwight Howard's ex and baby's mother Christine Vest just revealed Dwight had another baby around the same time she had theirs.  The two boys were born six months apart, but it's unclear who is older.

She says she's happy her 4-year-old son (on the left) has a brother without her having to have a second child to make that happen.  She said it all ended up being "a blessing in disguise." 

Oh, ok girl.

This ish still isn't over.  Now, Chyna is claiming that Rob Kardashian may try to kill himself.  And Rob is popping back with abuse claims of his own.  More inside....

After appearing on ABC News this morning with her side of the story, a "devastated" Blac Chyna now says she's scared that Rob will try to use his gun to end his own life.

It's no secret that Rob has had emotional (and possibly mental) struggles over the last few years.  Struggles that he claims Chyna helped him get through with her cooking and fitness routines.

Chyna revealed today that Rob has a gun and has threatened to kill himself, so she's now "terrified."  It's unclear when Rob made this alleged threat or why Chyna is just now speaking about it.

In addition to this new info, her lawyer Lisa Bloom filed more papers today claiming the abuse Chyna accused Rob of previously on Snapchat the other day, wasn't the end of the story.  TMZ reports the docs state Rob chased her into a bathroom and was punching walls and her:

Chyna's celeb lawyer, Lisa Bloom, filed new docs Monday, adding to her clients claims of violence. As we reported, she says in addition to Rob attacking her in April, that same month, Chyna now says Rob punched her, knocked her to the ground and she ran in fear to her bedroom, where Rob punched a hole through the door to get at her.

Chyna (pictured above looking courtroom ready with her other lawyer Walter Mosely) and Lisa made their way to the courthouse at 8:30am PST to file the papers and talk to the press about winning their set of restraining orders against Rob.

Conveniently, Rob whipped out his own extra docs today as well. And he claims Chyna once tried to strangle him, and he's got video proof.  Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble allegedly broke up their fight.  TMZ states:

As for Rob, sources close to the situation say in December, the day Chyna moved out of the house she and Rob were sharing, she tried choking him with an iPhone cord and tried hitting him with a metal rod. The sources say Corey Gamble walked in and pulled Chyna off Rob. She then allegedly went through the house, smashing televisions, doors and other items, causing $35k in damage. The sources say Rob has surveillance video documenting the incident.

We're also told Rob's lawyers have texts from the time Chyna moved out, in which she told a friend that Rob would never hit her. Our sources say they feel the messages help to vindicate Rob.

Interestingly, Rob says he won't contest the restraining orders.  His lawyer, Robert Shapiro (chile...), has already pleaded to the judge saying Rob's revenge porn actions were a one-time "spontaneous" thing:

Rob's lawyer, Robert Shapiro, tells TMZ, Rob's cyberbullying last week was "a spontaneous reaction that he regrets."

We're told Shapiro will appear on Rob's behalf and immediately tell the judge there is no need for a hearing because Rob has no interest contesting her request for a restraining order that prohibits him from posting personal information about her and intimate photos as well.

Noelle, the ex-girlfriend of Nicki Minaj's current boo Kenneth Petty, posted up graphic pics and videos after someone allegedly tried to shoot her inside her home. See her receipts, plus deets on Keshia Knight Pulliam's custody victory over Ed Hartwell inside...

Something bad happened to Noelle - the ex-girlfriend of Nicki Minaj's boyfriend Kenneth Petty - and she shared the aftermath on social media.

Last night, Noelle, a Queens club bartender, hopped on Instagram and made claims someone brutally beat her and tried to shoot her inside her home. Yikes! In the caption of her IG post, she wrote she was attacked and during the altercation the person dropped their gun. She thanked God her daughter wasn't home during the incident, said she would be MIA for a while, and asked for prayers.

“Thank god my daughter wasn’t home and I’m thinking god I’m still alive. Came to shoot me in my own home and dropped your gun !! I’m out of commission for a few. Pray for me,” she captioned a picture of the aftermath.

After she posted the picture of the crime scene, she hopped on IG Stories to show the injuries to her face from the attack.

People have been dragging Noelle in her comments, accusing her of lying about the attack.

"I hope you filed a police report before you posted this cause they are gonna question the authenticity of your story and not to mention the hospital is gonna take pictures of you and collect evidence as well if this is staged I honestly recommend you just take this post down stop before you get in serious trouble for making false claims its just not worth 15 minutes of ig fame I can get on here and bash you like people are doing in the comments but i rather drop some common sense on ya to save you the trouble and embarrassment!"

Also, a woman named Vanessa Hicks went on Facebook to call Noelle out for allegedly lying:

It's unclear her relation to Noelle or the woman named Jazzy she pointed out in her post.  It's also unclear about their credibility.

You'll recall, Noelle hopped on IG back in December to share how hurt she was when Kenneth, who Nicki allegedly "stole," called it quits with her. She initially said she didn't know she and Kenneth were broken up until she saw him with the "Chun-Li" rapper like everyone else. Then, she said she and her ex were moving on.

So unfortunate. Prayers up that she recovers.

Keshia Knight Pulliam just scored a victory in court against her ex-husband Ed Hartwell.

A Georgia judge ruled in her favor, shutting down Ed's attempt to get a new custody trial after the "Cosby" star was awarded full custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Ella Grace Hartwell.

According to The Blast, the former NFL star will not be granted another trial to determine if he should be given joint custody of their daughter. The judge wasn't swayed by Hartwell's arguments, so the judge left their custody arrangement as is.

Hartwell requested a new trial last year after he accused the judge of making several mistakes when Keshia - who was represented by attorney Tanya Mitchell-Graham - was awarded primary custody. In the motion, he made claims Keshia kept their daughter away from him, stating she denied visitation for eight weeks while she was filming "Celebrity Big Brother." He also said she violated his scheduled visitation when she traveled to another state to show her support for her former TV dad Bill Cosby during his sex assault trial in Pennsylvania.

TheYBF.com exclusively reported Ed filed for divorce from Keshia less than eight months after their surprise New Year's Eve wedding.

He cited irreconcilable differences, "such as constant disagreements on life changing decisions that couples typically make together."

Antonio Brown’s sons’ mother Chelsie Kyriss is speaking out. She claims he needs mental health treatment…desperately. Here’s everything she said, plus details on AB being investiaged for an alleged battery outside of his home inside…

Chelsie Kyriss– the mother of three of Antonio Brown’s sons – is speaking out for the first time since their disturbing run-in over a week ago. Chelsie took to social media to comment on the ex-NFL star – who still hasn’t been picked up by a team after he was dropped by the Patriots in September 2019. She shared a photo of their adorable sons with a caption about why she decided to leave the disgraced football player for good.

“Over the last few years I have stood at the side of my children’s father Antonio Brown and watched the rise and fall of an incredible man and athlete. Our children and I have distanced ourselves from him and our former home," she wrote. 

You’ll recall, the Hollywood PD was called to his home after Chelsie came to pick up their children. He hopped on Instagram Live to document the bizarre encounter where he cursed Chelsie and law enforcement out in front of their children. In the video, he made claims that Chelsie was trying to “steal” his Bently when she was supposed to be picking up the kids to take them to school.

After the incident, the Hollywood PD cut all ties with AB, returning a large donation to the former Raiders baller.

Chelsie said AB desperately needs mental health treatment for his “reckless” behavior.

“Although we have parted ways I wish nothing but the best for him. Unfortunately, it seems Antonio has made questionable choices and continues to ignore the advice of those who love and support him. At this point the boys and I are working on building a new life free from any impulsive, reckless and unhealthy behaviors. My hope is that Anotonio will get help and seek the mental health treatment that he so desperately needs so that he can be the father all of his children need and deserve. #MediaResponse,” she continued.

Last week, AB’s NFL agent Drew Rosenhausterminated his working relationship with AB until he gets professional help.

And get this, AB has found himself in trouble with police.

If you haven’t heard, the former Steelers player is currently being investigated for an alleged battery incident. A moving truck driver reportedly called police and accused AB and his trainer, Glen Holt, of assaulting him outside of the player's Florida home. The trainer was arrested and charged with one count of burglary and battery. AB has not been charged but remains a suspect.

According to Hollywood police public information officer Christian Lata, the NFL free agent “locked himself in his house” despite multiple attempts by law enforcement to contact him regarding the battery incident today.

Sheesh. When will it all end?

Days after AB shared video of himself acting a fool in front of his kids, Chelsie reportedly filed for paternity, child support and custody of their three kids. The Blast reports:

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chelsie filed the suit in Florida court on January 15. Chelsie wants Antonio to be legally recognized as the father to their children, the court to determine how much child support he has to pay her, and a custody schedule worked out. Antonio has yet to respond to the lawsuit in court.

Before she made that filing AB and Chelsie were already making court visits over an eviction suit. A judge ordered ordered AB & Chelsie to mediation after he filed to have her evicted from his home – which is a separate case. He claims despite serving her an eviction notice, she wouldn’t leave his property.

AB hasn't directly spoken out about the most recent events, but he did post this cryptic tweet today:

"They want my name slandered," he wrote.

DaBaby had baby mama drama on social media yesterday, so he’s now clearing the air. Yes, he has another baby on the way, but he did not cheat on his daughter’s mom, MeMe, like she claimed when she blasted his business all over the Internet. More inside….

Last month, DaBaby was dealing with a robbery charge. This month, he has baby mama drama.

Yesterday, the Charlotte rapper’s daughter’s mom, MeMe, hopped on social media to blast him for “cheating” on her and getting another woman pregnant. She shared a text exchange which showed him trying to meet up with the woman amid her telling him she doesn’t feel good.

Before she posted the texts, she was on IG Stories posting videos of herself telling DaBaby (who was in her presence) that she was about to share with his followers what type of man he really is. She complained the “Suge” rapper likes to “police” her, however, she didn’t elaborate on what she meant by that. DaBaby and Meme have a two-year-old daughter together and MeMe has a son from a previous relationship.

MeMe then hopped on IG Stories with a series of messages where she seemingly called the “BOP” rapper unfaithful and sai she has been asking God to show her the people who aren’t for her and he did that. She said another child “was the least” of her “worries,” however a “convicted soul” is.

DaBaby went on his IG Stories with a cryptic message about no matter how much you give a person, it still isn’t enough.

The "Vibez" rapper (real name Jonathan Kirk) then made a video - well a few - to address all of the drama. He admitted he has another baby on the way, but when the baby was conceived, he claims he and MeMe were NOT together.

“When my new-coming blessing was conceived, me and shawty [MeMe] was not together, shawty was not with me, living with me, was not f*cking with me in any way, shape, or form,” he said on Instagram Stories.

Also, he said he didn't share the news of another baby coming because he wanted to protect his other children.
